Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends.
• Comfortable lifting 30–50 pounds regularly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Position is part-time, year-round and starting after the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products for pets, gardens, and lawns.
• Operate registers and handle transactions smoothly.
• Set up displays, stock shelves, and keep things organized.
• Receive inventory and assist with store maintenance.
• Cross-train with warehouse equipment and operations.
• Load customer vehicles and provide excellent service.
• Water plants and care for displays to keep them looking great.
• Take on special projects and assist wherever needed.
