Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem solving.
• Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs.

• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive energy during every call - No cold calling.
• Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations according to customer needs and company best practices.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls and professionally handle concerns.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
