Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking an experienced Senior AP Support Center Specialist to handle internal and vendor inquiries, including invoice statuses and remittances. You will educate customers and coordinate responses for routine and non-routine AP topics.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong communication, and a collaborative approach across Procurement, SMT, HR, Finance, and AP Imaging. Bachelor's degree required; on-site in Boise, Idaho.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are critical for reviewing invoices and payments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve issues with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, monitor, and resolve AP inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email promptly.
• Review vendor statements and analyze requests for escalation to L2 support.
• Assist with resolution of urgent or escalated inquiries and with returned checks.
• Help internal customers with updates to AP software access.
• Run periodic reports and participate in related projects and tasks.
