Job summary

Halfords Lancaster is seeking a part-time Retail Colleague to assist customers, demonstrate products, and support fitting services. The role involves 16 hours per week at the Lancaster site.

You’ll provide friendly, proactive service, work on a rota including weekends, and aim to meet sales targets. We offer training, career progression, and extensive employee discounts across Halfords products and services.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
