Job summary

Halfords is hiring a part-time Retail Associate in Stockton-on-Tees to deliver excellent customer service and support sales. You will learn product knowledge and demonstrate services to customers on a rota basis, including weekends, with the backing of comprehensive training.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience or similar customer-focused sales backgrounds and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs while contributing to sales targets and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you've worked in another customer focused sales environment, we're likely to be a great fit for each other.
