Job summary

Halfords is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you’ve delivered great customer service in retail or another customer-focused sales environment, you’ll fit right in as you learn product knowledge and how to explain our fitting services.

You’ll work on a rota basis, including weekends, with pay at £12.71 per hour for those 21 and older. We invest heavily in training and offer a range of benefits to support your career goals within Retail or the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to work towards and achieving sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:
