Qualifications

• Two plus years of customer service experience, preferably with warehousing or reverse logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer return requests through Zendesk and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate stock check requests with the return operations team.
• Submit and track logistics claims for shipments or product issues.
• Identify warranty-covered products and coordinate returns/replacements.
• Process credits, RMA updates, and billing memos for orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and enter replacement orders as needed.
• Follow export rules and act as liaison between customers and teams.
