Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor Customer Service Associate at our airport locations in Georgia. The role focuses on the vehicle return process, greeting customers, securing keys, and recording mileage and vehicle condition to ensure quick check-ins.

You’ll work outdoors, stand or walk for long periods, and provide friendly service while keeping cars processed accurately in our system. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers returning rental vehicles, greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels and vehicle condition.
• Check cars into our computer system and ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service throughout the check-in process.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.
