Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an outdoor customer service associate at our airport locations. You will greet customers, collect keys, and help ensure vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently, delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and enjoy working with customers outdoors. This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts and a willingness to stand and move around the lot.

We're hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you're friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations.

What You'll Do

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.
