Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor vehicle return associate at our airport locations. In this role you will greet customers, collect keys, record mileage and fuel levels, assess vehicle condition, and check vehicles into our system, ensuring accurate processing and enthusiastic service.

This on-site position requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work outdoors across all shifts.

We're hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you're friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the return process-helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

What You'll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License

• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely


• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
