Job summary

Amy Gardner State Farm is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships, renewals, and outreach from our Birmingham office. You will engage with policyholders, review accounts, and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction while guiding customers through options and updates.

You should be a compassionate communicator, skilled in listening and problem solving, with a commitment to serving the local community and maintaining accurate records to help grow

Qualifications
