Job Title : Remote Customer Retention Manager

Hourly Pay : $40 - $46 / hour

Summary :

We’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Retention Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, and proactively reducing churn. Job Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies to retain customers and boost loyalty

  • Identify at-risk clients and proactively address concerns to improve satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customer service and success teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conduct outreach and surveys to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data to create targeted, personalized retention plans
  • Monitor and report on retention metrics, trends, and areas for improvement

Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in customer retention, customer success, or sales

Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset

Proficient with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
