Job summary

Globe Life is offering a Customer Retention Intern role for Summer 2027 in McKinney, TX. You will support a telephony migration, help implement a new outbound dialer, and analyze data to drive actionable insights while coordinating with multiple teams.

This on-site internship provides hands-on project work, training readiness activities, and opportunities to contribute to a large-scale initiative alongside Globe Life professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with comfort working cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with call center systems, CRM platforms, or dialer systems is a plus.
• No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and tracking telephony migration tasks and timelines.
• Help identify and document system requirements, gaps, and risks throughout the migration process.
• Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of the outbound dialer system.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues identified during pre-launch testing.
• Analyze call, retention, and performance data before and during implementation to identify trends and anomalies.
• Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the Training team to help ensure materials and agents are prepared for go-live.
• Help identify training gaps based on data findings or system changes.
• Assist with documentation, meeting notes, and action item tracking to support overall project coordination.
