Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years in warehousing, material handling, shipping, or related operational environment.
• Experience training, onboarding, coaching, or providing day-to-day work direction preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications; Word and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coordinate daily warehouse work for the material handling team across box opening, customer-product intake, order entry, shipping, and battery processing.
• Own onboarding and continuing training for material handlers through clear instruction, hands-on demonstration, documented standard work, observation, coaching, and follow-up verification.
• Assess employee readiness, provide refresher or cross-training, and partner with the Supervisor on development plans.
• Assign work and balance staffing to maintain safe, accurate, and timely warehouse flow into and out of repair operations.
• Ensure packages and products are opened, identified, documented, staged, and routed according to standard work while preventing damage or loss.
• Monitor order-entry accuracy and completeness, resolve routine issues, and escalate system, customer-information, or workflow concerns promptly.
