TTI Power Equipment in Anderson, SC is seeking a Customer Repairs Lead to guide the material handling team in box opening, intake, order entry, shipping, and battery processing within the repair operation.

This hands-on warehousing leadership role trains, coaches, and develops employee capability through onboarding, demonstration, coaching, and follow-up, while maintaining safe, consistent daily execution.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years warehousing, material handling, shipping, receiving, or related operations.
• Experience training, onboarding, or leading a warehouse team preferred.
• Experience with product intake, order entry, packaging, shipping systems preferred.
• Knowledge of safe battery handling preferred.
• Ability to explain standard work clearly and provide follow-up.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and coordinate daily warehouse work for the material handling team, including box opening, intake, order entry, shipping, and battery processing.
• Own onboarding and ongoing training for material handlers with clear instruction and documented standard work.
• Assess readiness, address skill gaps, and partner on development plans.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely warehouse flow into and out of repair operations.
• Coordinate outbound packaging and shipping to meet carrier, documentation, quality, and turnaround requirements.
• Oversee safe battery processing, including inspection, charging, testing, and storage.
