We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist to support the way customer information, communication, and ongoing relationships are managed across the business.
You’ll maintain accurate customer records, coordinate follow-ups, monitor account activity, and work with different teams to make sure customer information is organized and used effectively.
This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with systems and customer information, and confident coordinating multiple requests and priorities.
A typical week could involve:
Maintaining accurate customer profiles and account information
Updating CRM records and ensuring information is kept current
Monitoring customer interactions, requests, and follow-up activity
Coordinating customer communications and scheduled follow-ups
Reviewing records to identify missing or outdated information
Working with sales, customer service, and other internal teams
Preparing customer reports, activity summaries, and account updates
Tracking customer requests, actions, and outstanding requirements
Supporting customer retention and relationship management initiatives
Helping organize customer lists, contact information, and account data
Identifying recurring customer requirements or information gaps
Supporting improvements to CRM processes and data management
Previous experience in customer relationship management, customer service, account coordination, sales support, administration, client services, or data management is helpful.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, basic computer confidence, and the ability to work accurately with customer information.
Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, customer databases, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, or similar systems is helpful.
Training will be provided on company systems, CRM processes, and internal procedures.
