Optomi, in partnership with a leading national retailer, is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team focused on customer loyalty and engagement. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Katy, TX and is ideal for someone with strong retail CRM experience and a passion for developing best-in-class customer programs.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–4 years of CRM or database marketing experience in the retail industry
• Strong background working with ESP platforms, CDPs, and/or data warehouses
• Experience building audiences, campaigns, and automated workflows
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
• Willing and able to work onsite five days per week at the Katy, TX headquarters

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM initiatives for loyalty, retention, and acquisition strategies across key customer segments
• Manage day-to-day CRM operations including promotional planning, calendar management, analytics, and creative approvals
• Build and execute offer testing plans and campaign measurement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
• Collaborate across departments (eCommerce, Digital, Creative, and Brand) to deliver integrated CRM campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights to support the broader CRM roadmap
• Maintain operational excellence in promotional execution, coupon management, and automated communications
• Support the piloting of new programs with minimal operational and financial risk

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create audience segments and test campaign variations at scale
