Description:

Provide project management support to an IT organization responsible for implementing and maintaining IT benchmarking capabilities. Tasks include managing project activities, preparing executive presentations, conducting pre-assessment visits, recording interview results, evaluating questionnaires, developing follow-up questions, and supporting benchmarking visits with documentation and feedback.

Responsible for analyzing data, preparing final reports with observations, recommendations, and best practice alternatives, tracking action items, and developing standard operating procedures, templates, checklists, tools, and policies for the IT benchmarking program.

Minimum Experience:

• Eight (8) years of relevant project management experience and/or PMP certification.
  • DAWIA, MBB, and SAFe Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, POPM, PSPO) are recognized as equivalents.
• Five (5) years of JCXS CBE Tools experience or relevant OCONUS Contingency Contracting Applications, including tools like NGEN, AGATRS, JCCS, CAAMS, TBC, GFLSV, and ADW.
• Must possess IT-I security clearance or a current NACI.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with IT project management using Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of managing IT services and strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project Management tools.

Citizenship or Work Authorization Required: US Citizen.

Compensation varies based on factors like role requirements, education, certifications, skills, experience, location, and market data. The posted pay range is a minimum to maximum estimate and may not reflect actual starting pay.

Physical Requirements: Repetitive motions, grasping, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, visual and hearing abilities, sitting, and use of office equipment constitute 90% of duties. Less than 30% may involve standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, driving, or working overtime.
