Position Summary

Sig Sauer Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst II to join our Enterprise Applications team. The CRM Analyst II will develop and implement B2B and B2C CRM & Digital strategies, including email/direct mail campaigns, marketing automation, and website optimization. They will also manage CRM & digital vendors related to websites and CRM software.

Reports to the Director, Applications. The Director assigns responsibilities and special projects within established database objectives. The incumbent works independently, informs the Director of progress, and escalates complex or sensitive issues. The role requires thorough, accurate work focused on improving database structure, with reviews based on quality, timeliness, customer service, teamwork, and performance goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop, design, and implement dealer/consumer-focused CRM strategies supporting the customer journey and sales funnel, collaborating with SMEs.
  2. Evaluate and measure campaign effectiveness, using data to inform future initiatives.
  3. Manage websites and third-party vendors, optimize performance, and develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and brand awareness.
  4. Develop dealer/consumer personas through market research and surveys.
  5. Collaborate with business units and partners to share communications and develop joint campaigns.
  6. Support the Marketing team as needed.
  7. Perform other duties and ad hoc requests as assigned.
Education/Experience & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; additional certifications preferred.
  2. Proven experience with CRM software administration, design, development, and implementation.
  3. At least 7 years of related IT experience supporting systems; equivalent education and experience considered.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows OS and network communication.
  5. Experience with relational databases, data standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
  6. Knowledge of data import/export for reporting and business intelligence tools.
  7. Project management skills.
Working Conditions
  1. Sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods.
  2. Physical ability to handle files, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform necessary movements.
  3. Compliance with PPE and EH&S training requirements.
