Position Summary:
SIG SAUER Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst II to join our Enterprise Applications team. The CRM Analyst II will be responsible for developing and implementing the B2B and B2C CRM & Digital strategy, including email/direct mail campaigns, marketing automation, and website optimization. They will also manage CRM & digital vendors related to corporate websites and CRM software.
Reports to the Director, Applications. The Director assigns ongoing responsibilities and special projects within established database objectives, programs, and priorities. The incumbent plans and executes work independently, keeping the Director informed and addressing complex or sensitive issues with thoughtful options. Work is expected to be thorough, accurate, and aligned with improving database structure, with review based on quality, timeliness, customer service, teamwork, and performance goals.
