Position Summary:

SIG SAUER Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst II to join our Enterprise Applications team. The CRM Analyst II will be responsible for developing and implementing the B2B and B2C CRM & Digital strategy, including email/direct mail campaigns, marketing automation, and website optimization. They will also manage CRM & digital vendors related to corporate websites and CRM software.

Reports to the Director, Applications. The Director assigns ongoing responsibilities and special projects within established database objectives, programs, and priorities. The incumbent plans and executes work independently, keeping the Director informed and addressing complex or sensitive issues with thoughtful options. Work is expected to be thorough, accurate, and aligned with improving database structure, with review based on quality, timeliness, customer service, teamwork, and performance goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, design, and implement dealer/consumer-focused CRM strategies supporting the customer journey and sales funnel, collaborating with SMEs.
  2. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and use data to inform future initiatives.
  3. Manage websites and third-party vendors; optimize performance and develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and brand awareness.
  4. Develop and refine dealer/consumer personas through market research and surveys.
  5. Collaborate with business units and partners to share communications and develop joint campaigns.
  6. Support the Marketing team as needed.
  7. Perform other duties and ad hoc requests as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; additional certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience with CRM software development, design, and implementation.
  • At least 7 years of related IT experience supporting systems; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows, networking, relational databases, data standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
  • Experience with data import/export, reporting software, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools.
  • Project management skills and proven ability.

Working Conditions:

  • Sitting at a desk and working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to open files, reach, bend, twist, lift up to 25 pounds, and wear PPE as required.
  • Compliance with EH&S training and security mandates.
