Opportunity

The Client Delivery Analyst II supports the implementation of complex financial institution debit and credit projects. Responsibilities include client consultation, technical leadership, and coordinating operational implementation of deliverables.

Day in the Life
  • Meet with clients to discuss specifications and project options.
  • Complete Gap Analysis to define system setup requirements.
  • Provide consulting on best approaches to meet client business requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to execute project plans.
  • Identify and report issues, assist with resolution.
  • Ensure quality and communicate technical requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and support during design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including on-site support as needed.
  • Follow change control and management processes.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including after-hours support.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the payment processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment card products and support services.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $67,700 - $86,300, adjusted based on experience.
