You will listen to customer needs, educate them on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, and coordinate with internal partners to provide timely, accurate resolutions while adhering to bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or banking preferred.
• Ability to travel for training and support as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, personalized customer experience in every interaction.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wire transfers, and assist with service requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Address issues such as balance discrepancies and debit card fraud, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with branch partners to refer customers to specialists for complex needs.
• Contribute to branch goals through needs-based conversations and relationship-building.
