Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager/Appt Coordinator to strengthen customer relations and streamline appointment scheduling at our dealership. You will engage customers by phone, email, text, and in person, coordinating post-sale follow-ups with sales and service teams and maintaining up-to-date customer files.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive communication, and a courteous, service-oriented demeanor to support overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Works with department managers to develop and administer the dealership’s customer relations program.
• Communicate, build, and maintain strong relationships with customer by phone, email, text and in person.
• Work with sales and service to ensure post-sale/service customer contacts are made and updated files are kept on all customers.
• Manage appointment calendars and optimize scheduling.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints.
• Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs.
• Report dealership ratings on all factory-generated surveys.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction.
