The YMCA of Northern Colorado is hiring Program Leaders to support our school-aged programs. You will plan and lead engaging activities, supervise groups, and ensure safety and positive behavior in line with our core values.

Part-time, year-round with opportunities for full-time in summer; shifts include before and after school. Bilingual staff receive a +10% differential (Spanish and English) to reflect valued language skills.

Qualifications

• Provide documentation of 480 hours of experience working directly with school-age children.
• CPR and First Aid certification or proof of completion.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Strong teamwork and communication with youth, parents and colleagues.

The YMCA's Youth Programs are growing fast, and we are seeking outstanding Program Leaders to support our expanding school-age offerings and grow into leadership roles at the YMCA of Northern Colorado. We are looking for candidates who love to get creative with construction paper and duct tape, who are happy to help kids with even the most challenging homework and who are always ready for a game of tag.
