Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Or experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through any channel and utilize developed Customer Service skills; Professionalism, Communication, Active Listening, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving to assist customers efficiently and effectively as well as act as a liaison between technical departments and customers.
• Process Orders and reply to all customer inquiries on a basic level following the guidelines for program assignments
• Support and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to a productive work environment.
