The Polaris Consulting Group of OK in Norman, OK is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to help customers, build relationships, and drive sales through friendly, professional service.

No insurance experience required—paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. You will welcome customers, identify needs, follow up by phone/text/email, and schedule appointments for licensed team members. This role offers bonuses and opportunities for growth in a supportive team.
