You will coordinate with builders and internal teams to keep projects on track from selection to scheduling. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines while maintaining professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (construction/homebuilding context preferred).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal and external point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Review account process sheets and stay updated on implementation changes.
• Verify all final selections, change orders, and scheduling communications.
• Ensure products are ordered and timelines are met.
• Respond to status inquiries and customer follow-ups.
• Track and collect Purchase Orders, manage Need PO lists.
• Build long-term customer relationships with a professional, solutions-first mindset.
• Attend builder meetings when available.
• Handle general admin tasks like email, document prep, calls, and filing.
• Stay sharp with product knowledge and cross-train in the Order Processing Specialist role.
• Learn to navigate builder software platforms and enter orders efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
