Qualifications

• Sharp attention to detail with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable with basic math calculations and reconciling purchase orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Cross-reference account process sheets daily to stay current with updates.
• Process and release all product orders with total accuracy.
• Double-check data entry for order integrity and release sales orders.
• Handle quoting and PO reconciliation for internal orders — no loose ends.
• Schedule measures and manage customer order entries.
• Ensure product availability and lead-time expectations are met.
• Maintain and track the Need PO List.
• Provide excellent internal and external communication via phone and email.
• Attend model home and internal account meetings when applicable.
• Stay up to date with evolving product knowledge and builder systems.
• Cross-train on the Customer Service Rep role.
