ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline organized, responsive, and moving forward. This position is focused on client communication, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and ensuring potential customers receive a fast, professional experience from first contact through onboarding. You’ll work closely with the sales team to help create a smooth customer journey while supporting the overall growth of the agency.
