Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an energetic individual interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and providing a remarkable customer experience. Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
