Local State Farm Insurance Agency | Full-Time, In-Office Position

We’re growing and looking for the right person to join our team as an In-Office Client Services Agent.

This is an important role within our agency focused on taking great care of our existing clients, supporting day-to-day service needs, identifying opportunities to better protect the people we serve, and helping our agency continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, organized, and eager to learn—someone who enjoys helping people, takes ownership of their work, and wants the opportunity to build a career.

This is an in-office position and insurance licensing is required. If you’re the right fit but aren’t currently licensed, we’ll provide guidance, support, and coaching to help you through the licensing process.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting existing clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and general account needs
• Assisting with in-office customer appointments and conversations
• Helping identify opportunities within existing client relationships, including account reviews, coverage gaps, and additional insurance needs
• Working assigned client lists to proactively follow up and strengthen existing relationships
• Helping reduce the day-to-day service workload on agency leadership so our team can continue to focus on growth and client experience
• Maintaining accurate, thorough client records and documentation
• Following agency systems, workflows, and service standards
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Growing your insurance knowledge and developing the skills to take on additional responsibilities and opportunities over time

This is NOT a cold-calling position.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales role.

This IS a relationship-focused position where you’ll work primarily with existing clients and help make sure they are receiving the service, attention, and coverage conversations they deserve.

We believe great service naturally creates opportunities for deeper client relationships. You should be comfortable having conversations about insurance needs, asking questions, and identifying ways our agency may be able to help.

For the right person, this position offers real growth potential into higher-level service, sales, and agency responsibilities.
