Job summary

Corpay is a global technology organization based in Brentwood, TN, seeking a Customer Relations Representative in the Fuel division. You will provide B2B support via inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

You will report to the Operations Supervisor and collaborate with internal departments. The role offers a hybrid work environment with an assigned workspace and formal training to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent, required.
• Successful B2B experience preferred with ability to be coached, initiative, and desire to have successful career path within.
• Must maintain an attendance record within company standards, and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures.
• Excellent level of personal organization. Demonstrated, strong people skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively communicate our product offerings and functionality.
• Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Proficient phone and computer skills; Ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departments.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Relations Representative within our Fuel division. This position falls under our NAT/NAL lines of business and is in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will provide business to business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services to support client retention. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and regularly collaborate with other internal departments.
