Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at Kowboy Fence Company. The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing inbound leads, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between clients and our team. This role will be a key point of contact for both potential and current clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits
  • Manage and maintain a CRM database with accurate customer and project information (we use HubSpot)
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, account management or customer relations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make decisions
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
