DRiV seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to be the primary contact for customer quality issues. You’ll translate requirements to the plant and coordinate with multiple departments to meet expectations. The role emphasizes timely communication and driving improvements across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing quality, strong knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001, and hands-on auditing experience, with proficiency in MS Office and measurement tools.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading meetings and documenting minutes.
• Hands-on quality auditing experience.
• Familiar with measurement tools (caliper, micrometer).
• Ability to read prints and dimensional tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Host customer visits and audits and submit quality assessments.
• Update customers on status of quality requests.
• Translate customer requirements to plant actions.
• Collaborate with engineering on customer issues.
• Communicate changes to customers and follow up.
• Manage customer portals and ensure requirements met.
• Assist with PPAP submissions and APQP programs as needed.
• Conduct internal audits of the quality system.
• Support plant trainings and facility tours.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
