Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Two+ years of experience in quality, customer complaints, reporting, or analytical work; food-manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; experience with dashboard or visualization tools and KPI reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, categorize, and track customer complaints; coordinate investigations with site and cross-functional owners.
• Analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and prepare data-driven insights for leadership.
• Prepare controllable-incident decks and support customer quality reviews with summaries and evidence packages.
