Job summary

Eagle Flexible Packaging is seeking a Customer Project Manager to act as the primary liaison with customers from order placement through receipt of finished goods. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ERP proficiency to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate with graphics, production, and logistics to meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction while maintaining internal quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum two years customer service experience.
• Strong customer service acumen, with urgency to deliver the desired experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate data handling.
• Proficient in keyboarding/typing, able to manage high email volume and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer point-of-contact for all order-related communication from PO receipt to delivery.
• Liaise between customers and internal Graphics team from artwork receipt to approvals.
• Learn product knowledge to answer questions on films, inks, and production processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with sales team and customers for existing and new projects.
• Enter sales orders into ERP and create order confirmations.
• Collaborate with Shipping/Logistics to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
