Job summary

Giga Energy Inc. in Houston seeks a Customer Project Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment. You will directly engage high-value customers from PO receipt to delivery, managing expectations and sharing information for a smooth experience.

In a cross-functional setting, you will coordinate with engineering, accounting, production, logistics, and customer service teams. This role is based in our Houston office, with full-time onsite work required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3–5 years in order management, sales operations, or supply chain within manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing workflows.
  • Understanding of production scheduling and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently when needed.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.

  • Support sales and customer service with order-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.

What you'll do

The Customer Project Manageroversees and coordinates the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a manufacturing environment. This role actively communicates directly with high value customers, from receipt of PO to delivery, you will be managing their expectations, collecting and sharing information to ensure a smooth experience.

In a heavily cross-functional context, this role accurately and efficiently coordinates internally with engineering, accounting, production, logistics, and customer service teams.

Where you'll work

This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
