Levin Furniture & Mattress is hiring a Full-Time Customer Pick-Up Clerk in Smithton, PA!

Starting rate: $16.50

Summary: Creates and maintains relationships of trust and loyalty beyond immediate interactions in direct customer contact. Provides the highest level of customer service by analyzing issues and offering innovative, cost-effective solutions that are timely and precise. Assists customers with customer pickup.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Provides top-level customer service by resolving customer complaints and questions.
  • Negotiates alternative options with manufacturers on behalf of the customer.
  • Collaborates with stores, merchandising, and other operations departments to quickly resolve issues.
  • Verifies all customer account balances for delivery/pick-up orders and corrects discrepancies.
  • Schedules delivery and service appointments.
  • Prepares delivery manifests, warehouse support documentation, and inventory control labels.
  • Maintains accurate inventory in Storis and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Prepares reports regarding delivery and repair services using the Storis system.
  • The Customer Pick-Up Clerk covers the CPU office at the distribution center and must be available to work on Saturdays.
