Patient Access Rep - Centralized Scheduling

Job details include:

• Schedule: Full-time Days, Monday-Friday, Between 7am-7pm, 40 hrs weekly
• Location: Remote

Department: ACC Centralized Scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients, participants, and staff to schedule procedures accurately.
• Gather demographic, insurance, and clinical information and enter into databases.
• Coordinate scheduling and insurance pre-certification/authorization activities.
• Provide patient counseling regarding pre-service requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent OR 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat.
• Handling high-volume calls in healthcare.
• Navigating multiple systems remotely, including Athena, Epic, Dash, Salesforce.
