Handal's Auto Repair seeks a detail-oriented Customer Order Specialist to manage orders from initial request through completion. You will communicate with customers, enter and process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

The role can be performed on-site or off-site depending on business needs, with a focus on exceptional customer service and data accuracy across order-entry systems and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or order processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders via phone, email, online systems, or other channels.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems.
• Verify product, service, pricing, quantity, shipping, and customer information.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, availability, delivery, and status.
• Monitor orders and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, inventory, shipping, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
• Process order changes, cancellations, returns, per company policies.
• Maintain accurate order records and customer information.
• Follow up on pending or incomplete orders.
• Communicate estimated delivery or service completion dates.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide professional and courteous service throughout the order process.
