Job summary

Haldex distribution center is seeking personnel to manage customer orders, paperwork, and shipping documentation. You will coordinate label printing, carrier requirements, and export documents while supporting picking/packing and basic forklift tasks.

The role requires basic clerical experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. Physical readiness for warehouse tasks is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related field or warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate well (oral and written) with coworkers and management; telephone usage is essential.

Responsibilities

• Print and review Picking Tickets and distribute to Pick/Pack and Shipping staff.
• Plan, review, and print customer-specific labeling activity.
• Oversee customer-specific shipping requirements (carrier, packaging, method, date).
• Prepare and maintain export-related paperwork and documentation.
• Monitor order analysis reports to identify and resolve billing/shipping issues.
• Assist in picking/packing and shipping; operate forklift if needed.
