Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cross-functional operations or consulting role.
• Strong project management and prioritization across multiple teams.
• Technical literacy with data flow between systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas.
• Adaptable in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations and Engineering to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Develop playbooks and materials for feature roll-outs and customer outreach.
• Create documentation and playbooks for key workflows.
• Work with dental customers to configure and deploy feature and data enhancements.
• Respond to data‑related queries and post‑live issues with efficient resolution.
• Own outcomes end‑to‑end and drive automation for scalable processes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the right teams as liaison.
• Identify quick wins to continually improve the customer experience.
