Responsibilities

• Coordinate sorting, inspection and packing as negotiated.
• Understand client needs and assignment requirements to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Hire and schedule employees; ensure proper work instructions and training.
• Evaluate employee performance and address issues per policy.
• Develop Team Leaders to assist in start-ups and supervising on site.
• Handle customer inquiries, investigate issues and resolve problems.
