Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations projects from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
• Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes using process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency gains and remove friction from customer-facing and internal operations.
• Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and simplify workflows for improved speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across systems, workflows, and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on savings and ROI.
