Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst in Milpitas, CA to drive operational excellence across our supply chain. You will analyze logistics data, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams including warehousing, transportation, and procurement.

The role focuses on optimizing distribution networks, reducing costs, and managing 3PL warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on dashboards, KPI tracking, and ERP/LMS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, fulfillment management, 3PL management, or related operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex logistics data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Optimize supply chain processes by evaluating workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to implement logistics improvements and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics initiatives and track ROI for implemented projects.
• Manage and analyze inventory levels, demand forecasting data, and supplier performance metrics to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations by monitoring SLAs and efficiency to align with company objectives.
• Evaluate 3PL warehouse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization.
• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse partners to implement process improvements and maintain service quality standards.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of LMS and ERP software.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to SOP development.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions to operations.
