You will handle user inquiries via email and chat, review deposits/withdrawals, detect irregularities, and contribute insights to product and marketing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and resolve user issues via email and chat in real time.
• Review deposits and withdrawals and flag irregularities.
• Conduct basic account investigations and due diligence per internal processes.
• Provide technical assistance for Betr mobile app.
• Use internal admin tools to review accounts and detect trends.
• Capture user insights to inform product, marketing, and operations.
