You will partner with Coordinators and internal teams to standardize processes, resolve complex issues, and build operational capability. This on-site role requires 5+ years in Customer Operations or related fields, with ERP/EDI experience and a track record of improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Operations, Order Management, or related functions.
• Experience with ERP and EDI systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational SME for Customer Operations Coordinators on order management, inventory, ERP, EDI, and cross-functional issues.
• Escalate complex order management, transportation, inventory, and accounting issues to ensure timely resolution with internal and external partners.
• Build the team’s capability through coaching, onboarding, and training on best practices and ERP/EDI workflows.
• Develop expertise in ERP functionality, EDI flows, customer portals, and operational processes for better resolution.
• Balance workload with Coordinators and support during high-volume periods and launches.
• Analyze trends and KPIs to identify capability gaps and drive improvements.
