Job summary

Spindrift in Greater Boston is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to own end-to-end order lifecycle, from receipt to invoicing, across multiple fulfillment sites. You will balance inventory, transportation, and service priorities while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to maintain exceptional order accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI platforms, and customer portals preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, shipment, delivery, and invoicing.
• Monitor and prioritize a high volume of customer orders across multiple fulfillment locations.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and in compliance with requirements; resolve exceptions and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and service levels.
• Support resolution of claims, deductions, shortages, and delivery discrepancies.
