Job summary

Guardian Alarm is seeking an experienced Customer Operations Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs for all Customer Operations employees. You will partner with leaders to close skill gaps, create engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced experiences, and measure results to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Design comprehensive learning programs using adult learning principles and instructional-design methodologies.
• Develop engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Create lesson plans, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, simulations, assessments, e-learning modules, job aids, and other instructional resources.
• Translate complex information into practical learning experiences employees can understand and apply.
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy while maintaining ownership of instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for Customer Operations across the full lifecycle: onboarding, development, cross-training, upskilling, systems training, process changes, refresher training, and performance improvement.
• Deliver training through classroom, virtual, e-learning, blended, and hands-on formats.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and adapt to different learning styles.
• Provide feedback to learners and support knowledge transfer post-training.
• Maintain training records and provide leadership with insights on participation and outcomes.
• Promote consistent use of the Guardian LMS as a development resource.
