Xcel Energy Outdoor Lighting Group is looking to hire a talented and customer-focused Customer Operations Associate (Progression) based at our Lipan Distribution Center in Denver (80223) on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office).

You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, process outages and service requests, coordinate with field crews and contractors, and handle billing and account changes while maintaining accurate records and supporting special projects.
